Tupac Murder Trial: Defendant's Memoir Takes Center Stage
Duane "Keffe D" Davis, 63, faces trial in Las Vegas for Tupac Shakur's 1996 murder — the only prosecution in the case. No gun or getaway car was recovered; all other suspects are dead. After his defence failed to suppress his memoir, prosecutors will use Davis's own published account as evidence. They allege he supplied the gun, not that he fired it.
