Tupac Murder Trial: A Suspect's Own Book Becomes Evidence

Duane "Keffe D" Davis, 63, goes on trial in Las Vegas for Tupac Shakur's 1996 murder — the only person ever charged. No gun or getaway car was recovered; all other suspects are dead. After his lawyers failed to keep his memoir out of court, prosecutors will use Davis's own published book as evidence. They say he supplied the gun, not that he fired it.
