Qatar Rejects Iran's Claim of Secretly Holding Three Downed Pilots

Iran's military urged the ICRC (a neutral humanitarian body) to intervene, claiming Qatar has secretly detained three pilots incommunicado — without contact with the outside world — since their Su-24 bombers were shot down over Qatari airspace in March. Qatar categorically denied this, saying it recovered only one pilot's remains. Doha continues mediating between Tehran and Washington.
