Venezuelan quake survivors struck again after fleeing to Colombia

Two brothers who survived Venezuela's June 24 twin earthquakes — which killed over 6,300 and destroyed their home, claiming their mother, brother, and grandmother — fled to Colombia, only to be caught by a second quake there. The two countries' emergency systems had no coordination to track or protect them, leaving displaced survivors to become victims again within weeks.
