Brothers who fled Venezuela's earthquake hit by another quake in Colombia

Two teenage brothers survived Venezuela's June 24 earthquakes that killed over 6,300 people and destroyed their home, taking their mother, brother, and grandmother. They fled to neighboring Colombia for safety, but a second earthquake struck them there. Neither country's emergency services handed off responsibility for them, leaving the boys hit twice with no safety net in between.
