Air India Mandates Universal Pilot Drug Testing After Marijuana Incident

Air India will drug-test every pilot immediately, going beyond the 10% random screening regulators require. The decision follows a 4 August Phuket-to-Delhi flight that dropped 91 metres, injuring 17. The captain tested positive for marijuana. Both pilots were grounded. Indian authorities, Airbus, and France's safety agency are investigating.
