
Israeli Military Confronts Settlers in West Bank, Reinforces Area
Israeli forces clashed with 50–60 settlers besieging three Palestinian families in Qusra, south of Nablus. Soldiers dismantled a settler tent before withdrawing. The chief of general staff deployed an additional infantry battalion. The military announced disciplinary action against personnel filmed alongside settlers rather than intervening, and called the home seizures "illegal, reprehensible and unacceptable."
