Eli Lilly Sues Six Sellers of Unapproved Weight-Loss Drug Retatrutide

Eli Lilly filed six lawsuits on August 12, 2026, against compounding pharmacies, medical spas, and online sellers — including Aesthetic Envy, Astra, and Legendary — for allegedly selling retatrutide on the black market. The drug is not FDA-approved. Lilly says patients have already suffered "various harms" from illicit versions.
