Eli Lilly filed six lawsuits on August 12, 2026, against pharmacies, spas, and online sellers — including Aesthetic Envy, Astra, and Legendary — for selling retatrutide on the black market. The drug is not FDA-approved, meaning it hasn't passed government safety checks. Lilly says patients have already suffered "various harms" from these illicit versions.
