IDF to Discipline Personnel Who Failed to Protect Palestinian Families in Qusra

Israel's military pledged disciplinary action against personnel who stood by while settlers besieged two Palestinian families in their West Bank homes since Sunday. The IDF called seizing Palestinian homes "illegal, reprehensible, and unacceptable." A UN official told the Security Council the West Bank "is at breaking point."
