Zhu Rongji, Architect of China's Market Transition, Dies at 97

Former Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji has died at 97. The Communist Party planner, born in Changsha in 1928, served as premier from 1998 to 2003, steering China through the Asian financial crisis and WTO entry.
