Police Watchdog Probes Officers Who Handcuffed Wounded Teen

Bodycam footage from June 2026 shows Southampton police handcuffing 18-year-old Henry Nowak as he bled from stab wounds in December 2025. Officers dismissed his pleas of injury. Vickrum Digwa is serving life with a 21-year minimum for the murder. The police watchdog is now investigating whether officers failed basic emergency response procedures.
