Police Under Review After Handcuffing Dying Teen

Police video from June 2026 shows Southampton officers handcuffing 18-year-old Henry Nowak as he lay dying from stab wounds in December 2025. Officers didn't believe he was injured. The attacker, Vickrum Digwa, is serving life in prison. Now a police watchdog is investigating whether officers followed proper emergency procedures when they should have called for medical help.
