Meta Brings Threads to Quest VR Headsets

Meta released a native Threads app for Quest VR headsets on August 11, 2026, free from its store. The app covers the text-first social network's core feature set — feeds, posting, replies, likes, search, profiles, and video — running directly inside VR. Meta said the goal is making VR more social.
