Survivors of abuse in care say the government is acting too slowly on inquiry findings

People who were abused while in state care gave flowers to ministers and MPs outside Parliament. They said the government is too slow to act on the 100-plus changes recommended by a major public inquiry. Survivor Keith Wiffin told Minister Erica Stanford only a few had been done. Stanford said nearly $750 million has been committed and "we're making changes."
