Abuse-in-care survivors tell government slow progress on Royal Commission is 'bordering on a crime'

Abuse-in-care survivors handed flowers to ministers and MPs outside Parliament, warning slow progress on the Royal Commission's 100-plus recommendations is "bordering on a crime." Survivor Keith Wiffin told Minister Erica Stanford only a fraction had been delivered and some rejected. Stanford said the government has committed nearly three quarters of a billion dollars and "we're making changes."
