Top legal adviser warns 'no body, no parole' bill breaks rights law

The government's top legal adviser, Attorney-General Chris Bishop, says a proposed law denying early release to murderers who won't reveal where victims are buried would breach New Zealand's Bill of Rights. National MP Tom Rutherford proposed the bill. Bishop called it "a line-ball call."
