Light's New $299 Flip Phone Costs Half the Light Phone III

Light launched the Light Flip, a simple fold-open phone priced at $299 — about $400 less than the $699 Light Phone III. Cofounded by Kaiwei Tang, it's designed as a second phone for people who want to step away from their smartphone. It uses Light's own software, a small screen you navigate with buttons, and has no tap-to-pay chip.
