Light Launches $299 Light Flip, Undercutting the Light Phone III by $400

Light announced the Light Flip, a minimalist clamshell priced at $299 — less than half the Light Phone III's $699 pre-order price. Cofounded by Kaiwei Tang, Light designed the Flip as a second phone for users who want to leave their smartphone at home. It runs LightOS, uses a 2.8-inch non-touch display with a numberpad, and lacks NFC.
