Darline Graham Announces Run for Senate Seat
Darline Graham, picked to temporarily fill her late brother Lindsey Graham's U.S. Senate seat, said on Fox News she will run for the job full-time. Voters in South Carolina's Republican primary — a party contest to choose a candidate — will decide August 11. Trump endorsed her July 17. Lindsey died July 11; state law required her choice before his funeral. Graham, 62, is the first woman to represent South Carolina in the Senate.
