Thames Water's Lenders Hire Lawyers in Case Government Takes Over Company

Thames Water owes £17bn to 100 large investors, including Apollo, Elliott, and Farallon. Those lenders have hired law firms Pallas Partners and Akin Gump in case the government takes over the company — a move Andy Burnham has floated.
