Court keeps hunger-striking activist in hospital ahead of protest march

Delhi's High Court on July 19 refused to free activist Sonam Wangchuk from a government hospital. Police moved him there after he refused food for 21 days in protest. The judge said officers used no force and his rights were not violated. His next court date is July 24, four days after a march he planned toward Parliament.
