Southwest Washington House race leans toward Democrats

The Cook Political Report, which tracks elections, now gives Democrats a small lead in southwest Washington's 3rd District, up from an even race. Democratic Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez is running for reelection against Republican state Sen. John Braun. The winner will help decide which party controls the U.S. House.
