Cook shifts Washington's 3rd to lean Democratic

The Cook Political Report, a nonpartisan election tracker, shifted Washington's 3rd District from toss-up, or even, to lean Democratic, or a small Democratic edge. Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, a Democrat, faces Republican state Sen. John Braun for reelection in southwest Washington. The result will help decide control of the U.S. House.
