Iraq Plans to Block Driving App Waze

Iraq will block Waze, a phone app for driving directions, by the end of December. The block starts in 2027. Communications Minister Mustafa Sanad says it is because Waze was made in Israel and bought by Google in 2013. Iraq does not accept Israel as a country and has officially been at war with it since 1948.
