Chancellor John Healey said the UK is talking to America about a possible block on US diesel sales, and is preparing. He said the UK has fuel stored up. America supplies about a third of the diesel the UK buys — fuel for lorries and cars. President Trump said at the weekend America is considering a block "very seriously".
