Healey says UK in talks with US over possible diesel export ban

Chancellor John Healey said the UK is in talks with US authorities over a possible American ban on diesel exports, and is preparing in case it happens. He said the UK holds its own diesel reserves. The US supplies about a third of UK diesel imports. President Trump said at the weekend Washington is considering a ban "very seriously".
