Healey says UK in talks with US over possible diesel export ban

Chancellor John Healey said the UK is in talks with US authorities over a possible diesel export ban and is making provision. He said the UK has its own diesel stocks. The UK relies on the US for around a third of diesel imports. Trump said at the weekend the US is considering a ban 'very seriously'.
