Australia Says Fully AI-Made Songs Can't Enter Music Charts or Awards

ARIA, which runs Australia's music charts and awards, has barred songs entirely created by AI from both. Songs where AI was used as a helper still qualify if they are mostly made by a person and no fake streaming or chart-rigging is involved. The rules start the Friday after the August 25, 2026 announcement. ARIA has not said how it will check unclear cases.
