
Streaming Got Pricier in Western Europe — More Than Anywhere Else
People in western Europe who watch Netflix, Disney+, or Amazon Prime Video have seen bigger price jumps over three years than viewers anywhere else, including the US, according to Ampere Analysis. Monthly bills rose $1.86, compared with $1.70 in the US. Sub-Saharan Africa rose less than $1. Plans without ads saw the biggest hikes.
