Myanmar warplane bombs monastery twice, hitting rescuers the second time

A military jet bombed a Buddhist monastery in Myanmar Friday, killing 14 elderly people at a prayer gathering. The plane came back and bombed again while people were helping the wounded, an opposition fighter told AFP. Myanmar's army has not responded. Similar attacks have happened often since the army seized power in 2021.
