Belgium Has a New Prince — But He Can't Become King

Prince Laurent's son Clément now carries the title Prince of Belgium. But he cannot one day become king. Belgium's rules say only children born to the ruling monarch inside marriage can take the throne. Clément gets the royal name and rank, but not a spot in the royal line.
