Prime Minister orders clean-up of three illegal rubbish dumps in England

The BBC said Prime Minister Andy Burnham will use public money to clear three illegal rubbish dumps in England. They hold 22,000 tonnes of waste and affect 2,900 families. The dumps are in Kent, Surrey and West Yorkshire. Burnham said the toxic dumps had blighted — or badly harmed — communities for too long.
