Sudan's War Forces Millions into One City as Drone Attacks Cut Power and Water

El Obeid, a city in Sudan, has grown from 750,000 to 3.4 million people fleeing fighting. A rebel group called the RSF used drones to destroy the city's power system. Without electricity, there is no running water, working hospitals, or phone service. Aid groups warn of worsening hunger. Sudan's war has killed 59,000 and displaced 8.6 million since April 2023.
