Northern Ireland's health minister resigns over hospital surgery row

Mike Nesbitt quit as Northern Ireland's health minister after clashing with his party's leader, Jon Burrows, over emergency surgery at Causeway Hospital in Coleraine. Burrows told a public meeting he did not want the service kept. Nesbitt shared his resignation letter online. A replacement was named the next day, the BBC said.
