Sacked minister Penk to return to Parliament as an ordinary MP

Chris Penk is likely back in Parliament next week as a regular MP, five days after the Prime Minister sacked him from the government's front bench for a failed leadership bid. Paul Goldsmith has taken on all of Penk's old roles. Penk also says he will not stand for re-election in November.
