Labour's Hipkins says no to Netflix tax and ute tax

Labour leader Chris Hipkins has ruled out taxing streaming companies like Netflix and bringing back the so-called ute tax — a fee on high-emission utes. He had earlier refused to rule either out. The change followed pressure from National MPs Nicola Willis and Simeon Brown. Hipkins dismissed the attacks as "hysterical desperation."
