Watchdog resumes inquiry into Farage after election win
Parliament's standards watchdog restarted its inquiry into Nigel Farage the day after he won a seat representing Clacton. The investigation asks whether Farage failed to report a £5 million gift from businessman Christopher Harborne and help — a London home and paid social media filming — from convicted fraudster George Cottrell. Farage called the inquiry "being used as a political tool."
