White House Spokesperson Karoline Leavitt Leaving Her Job

Karoline Leavitt, who speaks for the president as White House press secretary, will leave at the end of August, Trump said August 12 on Truth Social. She started in January 2025 and said the job takes too much time away from her two young children, including a daughter born in May. No replacement is named yet. Trump said she will stay on as a top outside advisor.
