Actress Lucy Davis from The Office Shares Cancer Diagnosis

Lucy Davis, 53, known as Dawn Tinsley from the British series The Office, said on Instagram on August 11, 2026, that she has stage four breast cancer — the most serious kind, where the cancer has spread to her spine, right hip, and ribs. Diagnosed in early 2025, she said chemotherapy, a drug treatment for cancer, can no longer be used.
