
Musk's Four-Lawsuit Campaign Against OpenAI Now Targets Microsoft Antitrust
Elon Musk filed four lawsuits against OpenAI between February and November 2024, escalating from state-court contract claims to federal antitrust allegations implicating Microsoft. After withdrawing his initial California filing in June without explanation, Musk filed in federal court in August with racketeering allegations, then expanded it in November to challenge the Microsoft partnership. U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers will oversee the case in Oakland.
