Badenoch says £1m earners would get free childcare under Tory plan

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch said parents earning £1m a year would receive free childcare in England if the party returned to government. She told the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg the £100,000 cut-off would go entirely, saying 'it doesn't matter what you earn'. She said people should not be punished for working hard.
