Tory plan would give free childcare even to millionaires

Kemi Badenoch, leader of the Conservatives, said parents earning £1m a year would get free childcare in England if her party won power. She told the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg the £100,000 earnings cap, the point where help stops, would be removed. 'It doesn't matter what you earn,' she said. Hard work should not be punished, she said.
