Tories would scrap £100,000 cap on free childcare

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch said parents earning £1m a year would get free childcare in England under a Tory government. She told the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg the current £100,000 income limit would be scrapped entirely. 'It doesn't matter what you earn,' she said. People should not be punished for working hard, she said.
