Yemen's al-Alimi urges enlistment, offers Houthi amnesty to retake Sanaa

Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council chair Rashad al-Alimi, in a Friday broadcast, urged the public to join Saudi-backed forces and pledged amnesty to Houthi defectors to retake Sanaa, seized by Houthis in 2014. It was his first address since government forces were routed from the western Red Sea coast to counter advances toward Bab al-Mandeb.
