Google rolls out free Health Guardian trends to Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5

Google is rolling out Health Guardian to the Google Health app during the week of Sept. 24, 2026 for Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5 owners, adding free blood pressure trends, insulin resistance trends and sleep breathing quality metrics. Tracking begins with the update, with first trend reports expected in early October.
