Google adds free Health Guardian trends to Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5

Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5 owners get free Health Guardian trends in the Google Health app starting the week of Sept. 24, 2026. The update adds blood pressure trends, insulin resistance trends — early signals of how the body handles blood sugar — and sleep breathing quality. Tracking starts at install, with first reports in early October.
