Pixel Watch gets free health trend tracking

Owners of the Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5 get free new health tracking in the Google Health app starting the week of Sept. 24, 2026. The Health Guardian update follows blood pressure over time, how the body handles sugar from food, and breathing during sleep. Tracking starts with the update, with first summaries in early October.
