261 Foreigners Missing After Flash Flood Hits China-Nepal Border Crossing

Chinese authorities confirmed 261 foreign nationals from 23 countries remain missing after a flash flood and mudslide struck Gyirong Port on the China-Nepal border. Forty-nine Indians are among those unaccounted for. Sixteen deaths have been reported in Tibet. Gyirong Port is a major overland transit route between Tibet and Nepal.
