Music publishers sue Anthropic co-founders Amodei and Mann individually over training data

Sony Music Publishing, Warner Chappell, and other publishers filed suit in the Northern District of California against Anthropic and co-founders Dario Amodei and Benjamin Mann individually, alleging a "brazen campaign of illegally torrenting, scraping, and downloading copyrighted works" to train Claude.
